Complete Fitness Training: Mind & Body – KnuckleUp Outer Banks
filed in Kickboxing on Jul.10, 2009
Check out this 2 minute video to see how our head instructor Morrison Butler leads the kickboxing session with Stephanie:
This kickboxing session is part of a 1-hour workout that also includes extensive cardio training, muscle-toning and localized exercises.
Overall, it’s the most complete fitness training in the Outer Banks, exercising every muscle group in the body, burning a ton of calories, and stimulating the mind with creative punch-kick combinations.
Sign up on the form to the right to get a free week pass, and come experience it for yourself.
You won’t go back to a treadmill anytime soon.. ![]()

I don’t mind triceps having their own day, you could also build in some shoulder work at the same time. You need to allow more time for rest, rather than just Sunday, your muscles grow during recovery. Also, doing fewer than 8 reps with heavier weights is pretty great for mass-building.

Tommy, you are absolutely correct, it shows that you’re an authority on the subject. I admire someone that takes the pride you have and with your projecton of information. oSo when i actually do sit down to read material, I appreciate well written and organized blogs like this one. I have it bookmarked and will be back. Thanks.
